I am a fully Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Certified Clinical Supervisor holding many years of experience working mental health issues, such as trauma, depression, anxiety, menopause and addiction.

My approach to therapy is a strength-based, person centered, eclectic approach. I use a variety of evidence-based techniques in therapy that are tailored to meet your needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Person Centered Talk Therapy. 

I have experience working with women going through menopause, depression, grief and loss, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, substance abuse, stress, trauma and other life issues. I take time to understand my clients and place importance on making sure I meet my clients where they are.
