Heather Rice, LMSW
Licensed Master Social Worker
Hello! My name is Heather, and I believe that the decision to seek therapy takes courage and reflects a meaningful commitment to self-care. As a fully licensed clinical social worker, I would be honored to join you on your journey to explore, understand, and grow within a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. Life moves through many seasons, each with its own unique challenges. With over 25 years of experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings, I’m here to help guide you through those transitions.
I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, parenting challenges, young adult concerns, postpartum issues, and life transitions, to name a few. I use a variety of treatment methods, forming an eclectic and individualized approach to therapy to meet each person where they are. No two stories are alike, and everyone deserves to feel heard and supported as they navigate their experiences.
Therapy offers a path toward healing, resilience, and greater peace. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey.
