Holly Cormier, Ph.D.
Licensed Psychologist
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience. I received my Ph.D. from the University of Toronto and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Center for Addiction and Mental Health. My practice addresses issues such as depression, anxiety, disordered eating, trauma, phase-of-life issues, and relationship challenges. I work with adolescents and adults across the lifespan. My therapeutic approach is flexible, integrating psychodynamic therapy, CBT, trauma-focused therapy, and EMDR to best fit each client's needs. I am dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, and collaborative environment, supporting clients as they pursue their therapy goals. Continuing education is a priority for me, ensuring I provide the highest quality care.
If you seek an experienced, empathetic, and committed therapist, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation. Let's work together to achieve your mental health goals.
