Welcome. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over three decades of experience across a variety of settings and specializations.

My therapeutic experience involves working with individuals, couples, and families with a special focus on anxiety, depression, attention deficit disorders, and general phobias. My practice is also rooted in neuroscience and the full

integration of both mind and body.

Although my approach to therapy is eclectic, I frequently incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques. I believe that journey to healing is possible, and that the path to personal growth and wholeness is attainable for everyone.
