Ivy Pickell, LMSW
Licensed Master Social Worker
Hello and welcome! My name is Ivy Pickell and I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from The University of Michigan and am passionate about creating a welcoming, nonjudgemental space where you can feel safe, heard and supported. My goal is to foster a supportive environment that allows you to openly explore your thoughts and emotions without fear or hesitation.
I take a strength-based approach to therapy, recognizing that each person already holds unique strengths and resilience within themselves. When life feels overwhelming, it can be difficult to see that inner power and I am here to help you reconnect with it. Using different evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, I tailor our work together to meet your individual needs.
Building a genuine, trusting support is at the core of my practice. Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, depression or other life challenges, I am here to listen, support and help guide you towards peace and clarity.
