I am a clinical therapist with over 9 years of experience. I work with individuals, families, and parents to address stress around relationships, anxiety, depression, and life changes. Life is hard and everyone needs help along their journey; maybe it is to heal or transform into a better version of oneself. 

As your therapist, I aim to create an environment that is honest and judgment-free. My counseling approach includes EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy, goal-oriented, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. Also important to note, I maintain a low caseload to ensure attention to detail. I am going to talk with you about your needs and tailor my expertise to best serve you.
