With over a decade of experience working with both children and adults, I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to our sessions. Whether you've experienced trauma, are facing relationship challenges, navigating parenthood, or dealing with anxiety, depression, or grief, I'm here to lend a listening ear and help you find your way forward.

I take a solution focused approach to help my clients navigate through life's challenges. I use a humanistic approach as well and help my clients to gain perspective on whatever issues they may be facing. Together we will discuss what might be challenging you and based on your individual needs we will create an action plan, life goals and I will help you move towards whatever might be holding you back.

My goal is to help my clients feel supported and to exit therapy feeling better than when they began and to realize that they have the ability within themselves to move forward through any of life's challenges.
