I'm an artist at heart, with a background in the performing arts. I strive to bring an uplifting, creative spirit to my therapy sessions. Clients often say that my warmth and good-natured sense of humor help them to step out of their troubles and see things from a fresh perspective.

As all clients are unique, I'll orient my approach toward meeting your goals. Sometimes, this may mean taking a deep dive into your past to explore *why* it is you do what you do — and how to change. Other times, I may work like a strategist, teaming up with you to find solutions to current problems in your life. Along the way, you'll learn coping skills to deal with this crazy world. I'll be here to encourage, motivate, and support you along the way.

I specialize in treating anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship issues (all types — monogamous, non-monogamous, LGBTQIA+ — are welcome).
