Jeffery Lusko, MA, LLP
Limited Licensed Psychologist
I am grateful for the opportunities given me over the past 30+ years to support individuals facing life's challenges. My clinical experience includes work with youth and adults, and my formal education and training are in Clinical Psychology, with a specialization in trauma and related conditions. The psychiatric/mental health conditions I treat include depression and anxiety disorders, stress/trauma-related disorders, LGBTQ issues, ADHD challenges, interpersonal difficulties, and adjustment issues related to a wide variety of life circumstances, changes, and challenges.
My practice centers on the neuroscience of well-being, shifting the focus from 'what is wrong' to how we can rewire the brain for resilience. I integrate evidence-based modalities—including CBT, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Attachment Theory—to align your neurobiology with your personal goals. By tailoring these research-backed strategies to your unique circumstances, we work to move beyond symptom management toward lasting, brain-based structural change.
In addition to my experience in the mental health field, I'm also a certified fitness professional offering a unique skill set combining health and fitness. The connection between the mind and body is indisputable and the importance of one’s psychological well-being as it relates to making positive lifestyle changes and achieving personal goals is critical.
