I work with individuals who are 18 years of age or older. I’ve got clients with a range of symptoms and mental health concerns who benefit from my integrated approach.

THURSDAYS ARE THE ONLY DAYS I WORK FROM HOME. ****

In addition to talk therapy, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, basic art therapy and other various approaches, I practice an accelerated therapy process called Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. (EMDR) I have been practicing EMDR for almost three years and it works well with folks who would like to work through traumatic memories.

I have basic and intermediate training for civilians to appropriately provide therapy for military connected individuals and their families and I welcome these military connected folks.

I am a therapist who identifies with, affirms and embraces folks who are a part of or allies for the queer community.
