Jennifer Prantera, MA, LPC

Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life's challenges. I work with individuals with autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and major life transitions.

I provide a judgment-free, supportive environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to achieve their personal goals. Since graduating, I have worked in the mental health field, helping individuals build emotional regulation skills, strengthen self-care practices, establish healthy boundaries, and develop greater self-awareness.

Using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs, I strive to foster resilience, personal growth, and healthier relationships. My goal is to help clients gain confidence, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
