I'm Jerald Dungy, committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. Therapy works best when it's collaborative. My role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can be heard, gain insight into the patterns affecting you, and develop tools for moving forward. I tailor treatment to each person’s needs, goals, values, and circumstances.

Built on a diverse clinical foundation, my practice offers tailored support through individual, couples, and family systems therapy. I provide a dedicated, evidence-based space to help you process trauma, heal from addiction, or navigate complex career transitions. As a U.S. Army veteran, I have a firsthand understanding of the unique strengths, cultural nuances, and distinct challenges of military life. It is a profound privilege to walk alongside fellow veterans and their families as you navigate life’s transitions and achieve your goals.

My education includes a Doctor of Education; graduate degrees in Education/Counseling, Divinity, and Health Services Administration; and a bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration.
