Jessica Myles, LPC

As both a therapist and a mother, I understand how deeply you want your child to feel seen, heard, and supported. My work centers on helping children and the families who love them, navigate mood challenges, school-related struggles, and the big emotions that can make daily life feel overwhelming.

When a child is hurting, it affects the whole family. That’s why my approach begins with meeting your child exactly where they are. I take time to understand their world, their strengths, and their worries, and together we build goals that feel meaningful to them. Every child’s journey is unique, and my role is to guide them toward emotional confidence, healthier coping skills, and a stronger sense of self.

In our sessions, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and, when helpful, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, an effective tool for gently transforming painful emotions into more hopeful ones. Through warmth, curiosity, and steady support, I help children process what they’ve experienced and learn new ways to navigate their thoughts and feelings.

My hope is that, together, we can help your child grow into the brightest version of themselves, one who feels empowered, understood, and ready to shine. I look forward to walking alongside your family on this journey toward healing and resilience.
