Licensed Professional Counselor
I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to feel unseen and unsupported in moments that matter. My work is driven by a deep belief that people are not “too much” — they are often simply overwhelmed, under-held, or carrying stories that were never theirs to begin with. Healing becomes possible when someone finally sits with you, helps you make meaning of the chaos, and walks alongside you without flinching.
My clinical style blends compassion, directness, and nervous-system-informed care. I help clients understand not only what they feel, but why — and how those patterns developed as adaptive survival strategies. Using an integrated approach grounded in CBT, DBT-informed skills, psychoeducation, and attachment-based insight, I support clients in shifting from self-blame to self-understanding. I work collaboratively, honoring each client’s pace while challenging the beliefs and behaviors that keep them stuck.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety/OCD, depression, relational dysfunction, and identity work. Much of my practice centers on clients who are high-insight but overwhelmed — individuals who appear “fine” on the outside while battling intense inner criticism, dysregulation, people-pleasing, or persistent self-doubt. I consider it a privilege to hold space for clients who have been dismissed, misunderstood, or harmed in past therapeutic or family systems. My goal is always to help them feel safe, capable, and connected to themselves again.
Above all, I believe people are inherently resilient — often far more than they realize. One of the most meaningful parts of my work is holding hope for clients until they can hold it for themselves. Healing is not about becoming someone new, but returning to the self that has always been there beneath the survival strategies.
My commitment is to meet clients with honesty, warmth, and respect, and to offer a space where their story is allowed to be complex and still deeply worthy of care.
