No one is you, and that is your superpower!... I believe every client is different, therefore every therapeutic experience is different. I am motivated to meet my clients where they are at and create a therapeutic experience tailored just for them. My approach to therapy is person-centered which puts an emphasis on the client as the expert. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and working together as a team to help my clients achieve their goals.

I graduated with a specialization in art therapy. Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy involving the encouragement of free self-expression through painting, drawing, modeling, etc. and it is possible with telehealth! I also have a lot of experience working with survivors of sexual assault, intimate partner violence and domestic violence.

If you feel like we may be a good fit, call Great Lakes Psychology Group today! I look forward to working with you to help you achieve your therapeutic goals. It would be an honor to work with you and help you write this next exciting chapter in your life!
