Limited Licensed Psychologist
Hi, my name is Jill Mitchell. I am a Limited License Psychologist and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I obtained my master’s degree from Pepperdine University in Counseling Psychology in Irvine California after graduating with my BA from The University of Michigan. I have extensive experience in treating a wide range of mental health issues and concerns, including but not limited to clinical depression, substance abuse disorders, anxiety disorders, sexual abuse, dually diagnosed, grief issues, marital and family conflicts.
I approach therapy from a psychodynamic perspective while incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, insight-oriented therapy and other methods based on the individual needs of the client. I have dedicated my career to guiding clients on a journey to healing and optimal health. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to overcome their personal struggles, reach their potential and live their best life.
