Jillian Grabowski, PhD, LP

Hello! It is my pleasure to work collaboratively with you on your path toward growth, healing, and well-being. While people seek therapy for different reasons, I believe that therapy is a space for anyone to build understanding of themselves to shape their most fulfilling life. I strive to provide a safe, comfortable, and trusting relationship with my clients. Together, we can work to accomplish your goals.

I earned my Ph.D. in clinical psychology at the University of Detroit Mercy in 2024. My clinical practice focuses primarily on the treatment of anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma, identity issues, and life transitions. While I am primarily trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy, I utilize a blend of clinical approaches to best meet the needs and goals of my clients. I strive to acknowledge my clients’ uniqueness into therapy to craft an individualized experience that is most helpful and productive.
