I can understand and relate to the hesitation with finding a therapist and starting therapy. My philosophy is that everyone at sometime in their life could benefit from therapy. I encourage an open, warm, and non-judgmental environment. I want you to be comfortable coming to session and taking the journey of healing and well-being together. I have a variety of experience working with different populations. I have been in the human service field for about 16 years. I have worked with children and families, adults with mental illness/co-occurring disorders, and court ordered treatment.

I use a Cognitive Behavioral approach, Solution Focused, while using Dialectical Behavioral tools to cope with everyday struggles. I have extensive experience working with individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety, low self esteem, OCD, addictions, anger management, and personality disorders.
