Welcome! I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Michigan with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping many adults navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, anger, communication skills, and more. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wayne State University in Detroit and received my Master of Arts in Counseling from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.

I use a variety of counseling approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and motivational interviewing. I tailor my approach to each individual, focusing on helping clients discover new ways to manage and overcome their personal challenges.
