About My Approach
I work with individuals who are ready to understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful, lasting change. Many of my clients are high-functioning, psychologically-minded people who sense that something essential is missing—despite outward success. They seek clarity around difficult childhood experiences, relationship patterns, and inner conflicts that continue to shape their present.
Together, we work through issues such as chronic anxiety, depression, complex trauma, existential dread, identity confusion, self-criticism, emotional deprivation, people-pleasing, toxic shame, obsessive patterns, difficulty with trust and boundaries, and a persistent sense of inner emptiness.
This is depth-oriented therapy. We don’t just manage symptoms—we explore the roots.
How Therapy Works
Therapy is a space of reflection, dialogue, and transformation. My role is to help you map the psychic territory beneath your conscious experience—to identify the unconscious patterns driving your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Together, we’ll examine these patterns, explore their origins, and bring them into conscious awareness. This process creates the possibility for real change. We’ll challenge old beliefs, expand your awareness, and develop new ways of relating—to yourself, to others, and to the world.
I take a collaborative and insight-oriented approach. I will support you—and also challenge you—so that your inner architecture can evolve.
Who Can Benefit
This work is for those who are ready to go deeper.
Whether you're seeking relief from internal conflict, feeling stuck in patterns you can’t name, or searching for a more meaningful experience of life—therapy can be profoundly transformative when there is a strong therapeutic alliance.
If you're ready to understand yourself more fully and live with greater intention, I’ll be your ally.
