If you feel motivated and committed to making meaningful and positive changes, I am here to help support you, identify the roadblocks, and figure out solutions that promote your well-being. I have experience within a child-psychiatric setting, so I always ensure I have a trauma-focused approach that supports a strong therapeutic relationship. I take a holistic approach to mental health and understand that many factors affect our functioning as human beings like sleep, exercise, sunshine, nutrition, biology, and more. I have a Master's Degree in Social Work from Wayne State and a personal training certification from NASM. I have also volunteered with the Peace Corps and AmeriCorps, so serving and helping others is true to my core. I am looking forward to working with you!
