Jonathan Lundblad, MA, LLP

I am a psychologist with a passion for meeting someone where they are in their life’s journey. I apply a humanistic psychological perspective to my therapeutic interventions approaching therapy with unconditional positive regard, empathy, and looking at the bigger picture of your life. Through this lens, I believe in client-led therapy where you are the expert of your own life and that any accomplishment done in the therapeutic space is due to the work of the client not me. Together, we will walk hand-in-hand through the journey of life working collaboratively to overcome any obstacle preventing you from being your authentic self.

I have a wide range of clinical interests and therapeutic experiences with a particular focus on working with trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and neurodivergent populations such as ADHD and Autism. Having lived my life as a neurodivergent member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I channel my own life experience as fuel for therapeutic change.
