Josh White, LLP
Limited Licensed Psychologist
Hi,
I offer a welcoming, nonjudgmental space for individuals aged 10+ and couples seeking mental health support. I believe that therapy is deeply personal, and I tailor my approach based on each person’s individual needs. My goal is to create an experience where you feel like you're being "talked with" rather than "talked to." I provide an objective, outside perspective—neither friend nor family, but a trusted third party to clarify your thoughts, validate your feelings, and outline practical options.
Life is a journey filled with peaks and valleys, and I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we'll explore your inner strengths and obstacles, find clarity, and work towards achieving your goals.
I’m available Monday-Thursday (11 am-8 pm) and Saturday (12 pm-6 pm) for both in-person and via Zoom.
