I believe we are not meant to do life alone. We all need one another. I'm here to walk alongside you, with my goal being that you experience healing and joy. I want each person to live life to the fullest.

My goal is for everyone from all backgrounds and experiences to feel safe, comfortable, and valued. I believe that each and every person is important, created with their own strengths and gifts. I use a strengths-based and person-centered approach. I seek to create a space where people feel accepted, supported, and validated. Through listening and empathy, I work with clients to feel empowered and in control of their lives. I also use cognitive-behavioral therapy. When we find healthy coping skills and ways to transform negative thought patterns into more positive and healthy ones, we can feel renewed self and gain hope. I also believe in self-care. When we practice good self-care, we can be more present in the moment and experience greater fulfillment and enjoyment.

I have been a child and adolescent therapist since 2012. Working through anxiety, stress, and difficult experiences can help bring more hope for the future. My goal is to create opportunities for healing and joy. I wish you the very best in your journey!
