Accepting NEW clients! It’s hard to have so many people rely on you, but it’s even harder to ask for what you need. You may show up confident and decisive in your career, but in your most important relationships, insecurity creeps in. You want more connection, but sometimes hold back in ways that leave you feeling unseen, alone, and even resentful. While you're able to name your emotions, expressing and feeling them is harder. You have insight into all these patterns - "conflict avoidance", "attachment styles", "self-abandonment" - and you’re ready for change.

My clients are helpers who struggle to get their own needs met. They are usually professionals in public-facing and helping careers. Many of my clients have been in therapy before. Some of them ARE therapists. They are ready to move from insight to action. They want a therapy space that provides safety, challenge, and accountability.

My style is warm, authentic, direct, and often infused with humor. I respect that you're the only expert on you, and I will also challenge you when it’s time to move. If you’re ready to show up in your life and the relationships that matter to you, I invite you to reach out and start the work you can't afford to put off any longer.
