Kaitlyn Siporin, MA, LPC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oakland University. I have been trained in both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I have experience working in a partial hospitalization program as well as intensive outpatient care for crisis stabilization.

My experience of working with individuals, families, and groups has allowed me to help support those of all ages with a variety of different backgrounds. I have worked specifically with those struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, eating disorders, bipolar disorders, etc.

My goal is to help individuals process and find health coping mechanisms in order to manage symptoms and decrease barriers to living their life. I understand the difficulty attached to accepting and seeking help in the beginning of your mental health journey. I provide a safe and welcoming environment for those to work through struggles and improve life satisfaction.
