Limited Licensed Master Social Worker
Hi, I'm Karen. I believe my role is to support you in listening to your inner wisdom while offering perspective, compassion, and tools for navigating difficult times. Life can be challenging and, at times, overwhelming, and I understand that working through hardship takes time and patience.
With experience in teaching, social work, and holistic practices, I work with individuals of all ages from all walks of life, as well as couples. We'll use a combination of therapy methods, mindfulness techniques, and wellness approaches tailored to what works best for you.
I am committed to creating a safe, accepting environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow at your own pace. Remember, seeking help is a sign of strength. If you're ready to take steps towards positive change, I'm here to support you in your journey. Let's work together to help you find more balance and fulfillment in your life.
