Kathleen Leedy, LLP

Welcome! It’s so nice to have you here. My name is Kathleen. I am a graduate of the Wayne State Counseling Psychology program, with professional training in early childhood education and child development. I enjoy working with primary school-age children and families, in addition to older children through young adulthood. I practice from a humanistic, client-centered lens, and do not believe in a ‘one-size fits all’ approach to therapy. I aim to curate a therapeutic experience that is unique for each individual by utilizing elements of shared-decision making and motivational interviewing. I have experience working with a wide range of clinical diagnoses but largely focus on concerns stemming from behavior/mood disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship and general life stress, and/or disordered eating.
