Taking care of yourself can be incredibly hard in a world that demands so much of you. Although you cannot always change your life circumstances, together we can change the way you view and cope with them in order for you to live life as the best version of yourself.
Therapy is your time to focus on yourself and your needs and I am here to support and guide you through that process. I utilize a strengths based perspective and solutions focused approach along with other treatment modalities to provide a person centered approach. I specialize working with people at all stages of adulthood focusing on times of transition, chronic illness, depression, and anxiety.
I have nearly 15 years of experience working with individuals and I look forward to helping you become your best authentic self.
