Licensed Master Social Worker
Life can be stressful, and everyone deserves support during difficult times. My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood as you work toward becoming the healthiest and happiest version of yourself. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, with a focus on Community Action and Social Change, and my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, with a focus on Children and Youth, from the University of Michigan.
I have over five years of experience working with anxiety, depression, relationship and family concerns, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, life transitions, and trauma. My approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Strengths-Based Therapy, and other trauma-informed approaches. I hope to get the chance to work together!
