Licensed Master Social Worker
Welcome! I am very passionate about partnership in therapy! I respect all people regardless of religion, identity, and socioeconomic status. I focus on persons, couples, and families that are seeking healing. Please know you are the expert on your own life. I am here to help you identify the barriers that are stopping you from living your life the way you envisioned. I hope you allow me to join you on your journey. I have some expertise in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
Please know that trauma is no respecter of persons. If you want a safe space for you individually, your relationship as a couple, or your existence as a family, I am open to walking through this door towards healing with you. I am excited for you as we take this journey together!
