Hello! We all begin this process with a single step and no two individuals are alike. I want to walk with you as we collaboratively work on what is currently blocking you from enjoying your fullest quality of life. We will collectively work to build your inner strength and core self by discovering the answers you already have inside you.

My goal is to help you build on your strengths, discover your true self, overcome your obstacles, and continually progress toward regaining your sense of well-being. Together, we will create new more healthy, approaches aimed at assisting you to enjoy each day to its fullest. 

I have worked successfully and extensively with people diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. I have also worked with individuals struggling with the crippling grasp of trauma, depression, anxiety, various mood disorders, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder. Additionally, I enjoy working with and within the LGBTQIA+ community.
