Limited Licensed Master Social Worker
Seeking therapy can feel intimidating, but taking that first step can be an important part of your healing journey. So, first, let me say Hello and Welcome!
I’m Kimberly Brown, a Master’s-level Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with more than 10 years of experience supporting individuals with diverse and complex needs. I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, relationships, identity, self-esteem, stress, trauma, and other life challenges.
My therapeutic approach is individualized and designed to meet each client where they are. I utilize evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
I strive to create a safe, client-centered, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process, and your experiences, goals, and needs are at the center of that process.
The journey toward healing and self-improvement is deeply personal, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to provide a supportive space where we can explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and foster meaningful growth—one conversation at a time.
Your story matters, your growth matters, and you deserve a space to be heard.
