Licensed Master Social Worker
Life is so hard but you do not have to struggle alone and in silence. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed or helpless. I would love to hear your story. I can meet you where you are and serve as a guide as we find the right tools to move forward. My style is warm, casual and direct. I specialize in a wide range of evidence based treatments for trauma, anxiety, depression, BPD, ADHD, addiction and co-occurring disorders among others. I pull heavily from therapies such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS and Motivational Interviewing.
I received my master’s degree from Western Michigan University. I have twelve years of experience working with individuals, couples and families battling addiction, mental health and co-occurring disorders. I also have six years of experience working with adults of varying physical, emotional and cognitive abilities in a residential setting. I consider it a privilege to serve individuals, couples and families and would love to hear from you today so we can begin finding solutions tailored to fit you, your life and relationships.
