I’m Kira Burnett, a licensed therapist in metro Detroit, specializing in working with adults with anxiety and neurodivergence. I know how difficult it is to take the initial steps to getting help. I have experience supporting clients with autism, ADHD, relationship and family issues, trauma, depression, grief, and more. I provide an environment in which it is safe to be fully yourself and utilize evidence-based approaches to help you achieve your goals.
