I offer a kind, compassionate, and empathetic approach along with unconditional positive regard in an objective, nonjudgmental atmosphere. I use modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic theory, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and aspects of dialectical behavioral theory to help my clients navigate through life’s stressors and lead them toward their goals, which will lead to healthier and more fulfilling relationships with others as well as themselves.
