Licensed Master Social Worker
What would it take for you to be your authentic self? What traumas or negative life experiences have kept you blocked from living your life fully and completely? Let's embark on this journey together to reveal the answers to these important questions. I am a fully licensed clinician who specializes in working with survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual violence/abuse, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, interpersonal conflict, and various psychiatric diagnoses.
By combining my lived experiences and clinical training, I can provide an effective therapeutic and relatable clinical experience. My purpose is to assist you with finding your own voice and empower you to create the life you deserve. My therapeutic approaches include, but are not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, existential therapy, psychodynamic therapy as well as integrative therapy.
