Taking the first step toward therapy can feel both hopeful and intimidating. You may be navigating a difficult season, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply unsure of what comes next. Wherever you are in your journey, I want you to know that you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, while also providing gentle encouragement and thoughtful challenges to help you gain insight, build confidence, and create meaningful change. I will meet you where you are, with the goal of helping you move toward where you want to be.
I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, low mood, self-esteem concerns, and feelings of being stuck or uncertain about the future. I incorporate cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and client-centered approaches, tailoring therapy to your individual needs, personality, and goals. I believe therapy is a partnership, and I value getting to know the person behind the challenges they are experiencing.
I understand that every person comes to therapy with a unique story, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to personal growth. My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Whether you’re looking for support through a life transition, hoping to feel more like yourself again, or ready to make a change, therapy can be a place to begin.
I look forward to meeting you where you are and walking alongside you as you work toward a more confident, balanced, and fulfilling life.
