Welcome! I’m Lauren Daoust, MSW, LCSW, and I’m glad you’re here. If you are feeling stuck in old patterns, overwhelmed by stress, or disconnected from yourself, please know you don’t have to carry it alone. I provide a steady, non-judgmental space through secure telehealth to help adolescents and adults across Wisconsin move forward with clarity and confidence.

My therapeutic approach blends warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based practices. It is deeply informed by my Masters of Social Work education and almost two decades (19 years) of social work experience, combining 13 years of hospital and hospice care with 6 years as a therapist. I believe care should meet people where they are, which is why I utilize this flexible online platform to deliver the same level of presence, compassion, and clinical care as an in-person setting. (When I'm not working, you'll usually find me out in nature, spending time with my family, or playing fetch with my yellow lab!)
