I believe that everyone is worthy of a safe, unbiased space to process their feelings and experiences and this is what I provide for clients. I received my undergraduate degree from Albion College and my Master's degree in Social Work from Wayne State University. I understand that starting therapy may feel intimidating and overwhelming, but coming this far is already a significant step and you should be proud of yourself! I am here to help support and navigate you through life's everyday obstacles as well as any unexpected events that may occur. I use tools to help you empower yourself to view things from a different perspective as well as bring balance to your life.
