We feel pain in many ways; worry, anger, confusion, and sadness. Our past has taught us how to respond to these feelings. Problems start when the way we have learned to cope is no longer working for us. My goal in working with clients is to help identify thoughts, emotions, and action patterns. Awareness in these areas is fundamental, and from there we can collaborate to work toward your goals and find a more fulfilling way to live.

I am currently a limited license psychologist working toward full licensure in the state of Michigan. I graduated from the University of Michigan with an Master's of Science in Clinical Health Psychology and have worked in substance use research for several years. I have experience working with teens to adults across a spectrum of issues, specializing in substance use, but also including depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, chronic illness, relationship issues, and difficult life transitions.
