Here's what I believe: you're capable of more than you're currently experiencing. You have the capacity to make decisions with confidence, set boundaries that stick, and live your life on your own terms. My job isn't to tell you what to do or keep you in therapy indefinitely. It's to be steady and reliable while you reclaim the autonomy that anxiety, depression, codependency, or stress has been quietly stealing from you. Whatever brought you here, we'll work together to rebuild your sense of agency - that feeling of being the one who decides how your life goes.

The goal is to help you strengthen your ability to trust yourself, communicate clearly, and set boundaries without guilt. I'm here for as long as you need—and the ultimate goal is that when the time feels right for you, you'll be equipped to handle whatever life throws at you with confidence, whether or not you're still in therapy.
