Lindsay Connon, LPC, CCTP

Welcome! As a therapist, I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard and valued. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, which means I see you as the expert on your own life. Together, we’ll work collaboratively to explore your strengths, values, and goals, empowering you to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

I specialize in helping individuals and couples facing relationship issues, guiding them toward healthier communication, deeper connection, and mutual understanding. I also work with clients experiencing life adjustments, such as career transitions, major life changes, or personal growth journeys. Additionally, I support individuals in many other areas.

Every person’s journey is unique, and I strive to honor that by tailoring therapy to meet your specific needs and aspirations. My goal is to walk alongside you as you gain insight, heal, and grow into the best version of yourself.
