I have 15 years of experience supporting adults who are experiencing life’s many challenges including anxiety, depression, psychosocial stressors, relationship issues, and problematic use of drugs and alcohol. I hold a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor certification and have extensive experience in addressing substance use concerns including exploring your relationship with substances, clarifying goals around use, harm reduction, and relapse prevention.

I take a person-centered approach to therapy by nurturing your strengths and helping you develop adaptive coping skills to navigate the complexities of the human condition. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapies and motivational interviewing to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors that may be contributing to your current challenges and to uncover pathways toward change.
