Licensed Professional Counselor
I am a licensed professional therapist who believes in helping individuals, adults, and adolescence. I assist and provide clients with an understanding of skills and tools needed to navigate life’s challenges. I believe the counseling process provides the person with insight and self-awareness of themselves. As a professional I can help people with their own personal conflict, self-esteem, life transitions, struggles in school, career, grief/loss, critical incident, stress management, anxiety, depression, suicide, time management, ADHD organization, and behavior modification. I am also certified to work with the courts and those who are seeking toa have their driver’s license reinstated, domestic assault cases and substance use disorders. I always look for the best way to positively impact each individual.
Interventions
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Enhanced Motivational Interviewing and Talk therapy to assist those struggling with mental health. I encourage my clients to explore self-care techniques, such as mindfulness, relaxation, and stress management. Together, we explore your healing path
