Hey hey!
I’m so glad you’re here! Navigating life’s challenges can be tough, and it’s even harder when you feel like you’re not being seen or heard. As an African American woman, I get it—society doesn’t always make space for us to just be ourselves, let alone thrive. But I want you to know: you’re not alone on this journey. I’m a therapist who’s passionate about helping people of color—especially women and young adults—find their strength, heal from trauma, and create the life they truly want.
In our work together, I use a combination of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strength-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed techniques, which means I’ll meet you where you are and help you build the skills and insights to move forward. Whether you’re coping with past pain, dealing with stress, or just want someone to help you navigate life’s ups and downs, I’m here to listen—and more importantly, to understand.
With experience working in diverse settings, from autism support to foster care and individual counseling, I’ve seen how powerful it is when we create a space where people feel safe, valued, and heard. You are worthy of that kind of care, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your healing and growth.
If you’re ready to break through the barriers holding you back, let’s work together to tap into your strengths and move toward a brighter future. You’ve got this, and I’m here to help you see just how much you truly can achieve.
