I believe therapy is a partnership that requires the right fit and must have authenticity and empathy as the cornerstones. Many of us experience chapters in life where we feel stuck or alone and need added support to journey through them. It is my hope to work with my clients to provide a space where they feel they can be open, explore new tools to utilize in their everyday lives, and shine a light on the strengths they already have. My areas of experience include anxiety, depression, ADHD, ODD, current and past trauma, family problems, and stress management. I have also worked with individuals during their pregnancy and/or postpartum period. I find that treatment works best when it is tailored to each individual client and should evolve as treatment progresses. Intersectionality of each individual's identities is important to me in providing services as these experience shape how we move throughout our lives. I am bilingual and would be happy to provide services in Spanish. I look forward to working with you.
