Licensed Professional Counselor
Therapy for me is first and foremost about relationships. Once you feel trust, support, and understanding from your provider, I think wonderful work can be done in overcoming or making sense of the varying challenges that life throws at us.
I value the diverseness of the human experience and think we all have a story worth sharing. I want to provide a nonjudgmental space for this story to be told and help rewrite difficult/traumatic experiences into ones of growth and strength.
I approach my work from therapeutic perspectives of solution-focused, mindfulness, acceptance & commitment, as well as building off of concepts from CBT and DBT. Regardless of the perspective, I want to work in your best interest and with what you find most helpful!
