As a therapist, my intention is to assist each client uncover and find ways of reaching their true selves. Life can often present all types of obstacles. People who have the courage to reach for help whenever their lives feel overwhelming show real inner strength. I consider my job to reward and support those client's and offer ways to develop skills and hopefully manage those times when life's difficulities arrive. Creating a safe, nonjudgemental working relationship with the client is also an important aspect of my practice. Doing so, can allow for real growth and change
