I help adults/teens (16+) who feel stuck whether that’s constant overthinking, anxiety that won’t shut off, loss of direction, or feeling disconnected from their own life. Many of my clients come in saying things like: “I don’t feel like myself,” “I keep repeating the same patterns,” or “I don’t know what I’m doing with my life.”

My work focuses on helping you understand what’s actually driving those patterns and giving you a clear way forward. Together, we’ll break down the thoughts, decisions, and behaviors keeping you stuck so you can start making changes that feel real not temporary.

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology and am now a Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP) in Michigan. My clinical experience includes working with adults/teens (16+) across a range of emotional and behavioral challenges, with a focus on helping clients create meaningful, lasting change.
